This September, new caregiver standard members are entitled to a free dental scaling & polishing at Mount Alvernia Outreach Dental Clinic (MAODC), limited to 50 slots. After you sign up for Standard Membership, you will receive a link via email to register for the dental scaling and polishing.
Extendable to one caregiver per PWD ward, by appointment only. Both caregiver and PWD should not have had dental scaling & polishing within the last six months. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
Terms and conditions:
- Each Standard Member caregiver can bring along 1 PWD ward
- For Standard Member caregivers and PWD wards who have not had dental scaling & polishing within the last six months.
- Pre-registration with MAODC is required
- Available on a first-come-first-served basis, capped at 50 pax
How to claim:
- Upgrade your member account to Standard Membership.
- We will email you a pre-registration link to fill in and submit to MAODC.
