CaringSG’s inaugural Family Day took place on 7th September 2024, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Enabling Village. This special event, in partnership with Enabling Village, Singapore’s first inclusive community space, brings together the public, caregivers, persons...

We will also be launching the STEP ONE program in July. It is funded by SG Enable, and we aim to reach 400 caregivers in 1 year.

16 caregivers and 15 children were treated to a hearty tea brunch and family activities at Ya Kun @ Far East Square on 12 November 2022, kindly sponsored by Ya Kun Kaya Toast.

CaringSG participated at the Purple Parade for our first time on 29 October 2022 to celebrate abilities of persons with special needs, and promote awareness of our services for caregivers.

In celebration of the Mid-Autumn festival, CaringSG organised our Respite + Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration for 9 special families (16 caregivers with 13 children) on 10 September 2022.

On 8 Oct 2022, CaringSG and co-organiser William Blair organised Care4caregivers, a sporting event for children from 6 special needs families, to participate in simple workouts and obstacle courses.

CaringSG held a physical form on social support and residential needs on 20 Aug 2022 at Boon Lay Community Club. Twelve special needs families with three children attended the event.

CaringSG and Centre for Fathering organised a family bonding event for 45 participants from 12 special needs families at the Singapore Discovery Centre.

CaringSG’s CAREconnect Programme organised a forum on Future Care Planning – Legal Aspects, for special needs caregivers at Boon Lay Community Club on 14 May 2022.
